Your details, and what we do with them.

• Forms (application, counselling, launch event, enquiry): your name, phone number, email, and the choices you make, such as track, batch and background. We use them only to respond to your request, arrange counselling and handle your admission.
• Krimkar Assistance, the voice assistant: the questions you ask, to answer them. We don’t store your questions with your name. Phone numbers and emails you say are removed before a question is sent to an AI model.
• Usage analytics, only if you allow it: pages visited and anonymous events (for example, that a form was sent). Never what you typed.

We ask for your consent when you send a form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to admin@krimkar.com; we then stop contacting you.

• Google (Google Sheets) stores form details for our admissions team, and Google Analytics measures visits if you allow it.
• Resend sends the confirmation email and our team’s notification.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• AI model providers (Groq, OpenRouter and, if enabled, Anthropic) receive the questions you ask Krimkar Assistance, without your contact details, to write the answer.
• Your browser’s speech service (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) turns your voice into text. Where the browser can’t, the recording is sent to Groq for transcription; we don’t keep it.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We don’t sell personal data.

Form details are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you join a programme, in which case your records follow the programme’s terms.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, have it erased, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to admin@krimkar.com; we reply within 30 days.

If you’re unhappy with how we handled your data, contact our grievance officer at admin@krimkar.com or +91 84476 13585. If we don’t resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
