The thesis

AI is changing the work. Education has to change with it.

Knowing how to use AI is no longer enough.

The next generation of professionals must understand how AI works, how to apply it, how to evaluate it, how to operate it responsibly and how to turn intelligence into useful work.

Krimkar is built around that transition.

From learning AI to working with AI.

  1. Step 1

    Learn

How computing, data and AI actually work.

  2. Step 2

    Build

    Datasets, agents, dashboards and products.

  3. Step 3

    Operate

Run AI systems inside real workflows.

  4. Step 4

    Evaluate

    Measure quality, risk and failure.

  5. Step 5

    Work

    Deliver with a host organisation.

Krimkar Bihar AI Launchpad

Responsible AI

Intelligence without responsibility is incomplete.

Responsible AI is taught as a core subject, not a footnote. Every learner, on either track, studies how to build and use AI that is fair, safe, accountable and aligned with human intent, and applies it in their capstone and internship.

  • AI Ethics
  • AI Governance
  • AI Safety
  • AI Alignment
  • AI Evaluation
  • Responsible Deployment
  • Human Oversight
  1. 01

    Model

Understand what the system is and what it was trained to do.

  2. 02

    Evaluate

Measure quality, bias and failure modes before trusting it.

  3. 03

    Validate

Check it against policy, safety rules and the people it serves.

  4. 04

    Deploy

Release with guardrails, documentation and a human in the loop.

  5. 05

    Monitor

Watch real behaviour, review incidents and keep improving.

Learning experience

Not another course.
A working environment.

Classes are where ideas are introduced. Labs, projects and the internship are where they are proven.

  • Learn by building

Every concept is met with something you make, run or test.

  • Labs

Weekly labs during specialisation turn modules into working skills.

  • Real projects

Problems drawn from how AI is actually used inside organisations.

  • Capstone

A portfolio piece you can show, explain and defend.

  • Mentorship

Guidance from a Krim mentor and a team of skilled AI instructors.

  • Industry experience

Six months of paid internship on real AI projects.

Paid internship · Months 7–12

Six months inside real work.

Learning doesn’t end when the classroom does.

Monthly stipend

₹15,000

  • Paid internship, months 7–12
  • Real AI projects with a host organisation
  • Krim mentor guidance
  • Industry exposure
  • Practical delivery experience
  1. Train:

Example projects

Build things worth showing.

Every learner leaves with portfolio work. These example briefs show the kind of problems learners take on in labs and the capstone.

AI Agents

Developer track

A support agent that knows when to hand over

Problem
Routine support questions pile up, but a fully automatic bot creates risk on the hard ones.
Approach
An agent with tool access for lookups, clear policy rules, and an escalation path to a human reviewer.
Outcome
A deployed, reviewed agent with a public demo link and a written policy review.
Technology
PythonLLM APITool callingPolicy checks

RAG Systems

Developer track

Answers grounded in your own documents

Problem
Teams lose time searching scattered manuals, circulars and policies.
Approach
Index the documents, retrieve the relevant passages and generate answers that cite their sources.
Outcome
A searchable assistant with citations and an evaluation set of real questions.
Technology
PythonEmbeddingsVector indexLLM API

Data Products

Business track

From spreadsheet sprawl to one decision dashboard

Problem
A business tracks sales and operations across disconnected spreadsheets.
Approach
Clean and join the data with AI assistance, define the few metrics that matter, and build a dashboard.
Outcome
A live analytics dashboard and a one-page decision memo for the owner.
Technology

Problem
Many callers prefer to speak, and in Hindi as often as English.
Approach
Speech-to-text, an LLM with a narrow, well-tested scope, and speech output, with safe fallbacks.
Outcome
A prototype voice flow tested against a scripted set of real caller questions.
Technology

AI Evaluation

Developer track

Measuring whether an AI assistant is actually right

Problem
An assistant looks impressive in demos but nobody knows how often it is wrong.
Approach
Build a labelled test set, define pass criteria, and run repeatable evaluations after every change.
Outcome
An evaluation report with accuracy, failure categories and recommended fixes.
Technology
